Targeting Practices

There's a new dotted line running through grids, damaged 
and wiry. instead of thread, we mend with safety pins, red 
and blue flashing, lights the last fray. vague contractions
 have a new face. who's safe and where's safe? it seems 
we're here to test the trends, for all of next year's 
college kids. so here come the cops, cleaner subways, and 
new locks. living on the edge is easier with a safety net. 
push out, save, and push back in. the mark has been made 
and the targets have been placed. where is the best place 
to fall into the river?
