When playing the intro part he slides up the e fret like this:

That's it as far as the different parts go.... what you see above  is 
very
wrong!!!! he changes between the 8th and the 9th fret far more than it 
sais
and the rythm is wrong too!! the chords are correct though but it was 
not
possible to tab this part out correct... it all would have been the 
same anyway
so i advise you to listen to the song very closely before you try to 

play this
part (this part starts at 2.34 (with the intro played throug it))
