Hey, I love this song and Imaginary Friend (Jesse Epstein). I've seen him
 sing this live twice and I'm pretty sure this is correct. I have no clue of
 the chord names though, but the shapes are right!

Make sure you buy his EP. Its amazing! I'm going to tab out a few more of
