After all we've done and seen, what is left to do but carry on? In the grand design of things, can we find a way to feed the spawn Of all our energy, will we find it written on the wall? Through all is vanity, should we throw it down or heed the call Burning Again Like a long lost friend who's found his way back home The past forgotten left to roam, and to this end we hope to find The inspiration that's been left behind And when all the credits roll, all will see the sequel in their minds Reaching down inside my soul, to conjure up the magic one more time To change the muse in me, in spite of what the doubters all may say Every fiber of my being screams to rise above those in the way Burning Again - it's never going to end Those who may pretend to know my deepest thoughts, Are victims of my vengeance brought to bear upon their wicked lives And soon poetic justice falls in line And though the smoke obscures the lies, it's only a disguise
