Breath In, Killing Time

Losing streak, killing time. Never thought I could be this 
close to try and block out all my work relegating to a 
second plane.
Last wished, cold stone. Breathing out, not breathing in. 
Forever I came this close to alter the course of my life 
could it, would it be so different? But, this is what I am,
 this is how I feel!

In time, all you feel is the sickening truth that life's 
surreal!
Surreal!
(To turn back is not an option. I must be mindful of what
