This document, hereafter simply called " Terms of Use & Privacy Policy ", concentrates the most important rules and conditions you need to know if you want to play if you want to play SPACE JUMPER owned by STUDIO SOL COMUNICAÇÃO DIGITAL LTDA, called "Studio Sol" from now on.
The simple access to game results in the presumption that you have read the most recent and updated version of the Terms of Use. In addition, we will assume that you have agreed to all of the conditions set out here. For this reason, we recommend that you read this document carefully BEFORE you start using or downloading the game. If you do not agree to any of the terms set forth in the Terms of Use or if you do not agree to any of our policies, we suggest you not to access our applications and not to use our services and products. But of course, if you just have any question about the usage rules, feel free to consult us. We will be glad to answer you!
1. Gratuity In the game, most features are also free. However, there is a set of benefits for users who have opted to sponsor or make a purchase. These benefits vary according to each type of purchase and are described in the game itself.
2. Ability to register
The application and features of our property are only available to people who have full legal capacity to hire them, according to Brazilian law. They can not be used by persons who do not enjoy this capacity, including minors (persons under 18 years of age), who must be assisted or represented by parents, guardians or legal representatives. The same goes for people who have been disabled by us, temporarily or permanently, due to the improper use of the game.
It is also not allowed for the same person to have more than one register. If we detect duplicate registrations, we can unify them or even disable them permanently, without prior notice.
3. Shopping and Sponsorship related to registration Users who choose to make some purchase in the game can do it from any device that allows such action. However, it is of the utmost importance to know that all purchases or signatures that are made in any of our applications are procedures that are restricted only to the operating system on which the financial transaction was performed (unless explicitly stated otherwise). It's worth noting: a purchase made on an Android smartphone has benefits that can be used on an Android tablet, however no on iOS devices, which requires a new transaction to be made by the user on the new platform.
4. Login and password At the end of the registration, you will need to define a login and a password, which must be informed to each access. But be careful: the password and the login must be kept by you safely, since you will be fully responsible for the consequences of its use. For this reason, we do not recommend that you tell any such data to others. If you know of any unauthorized use of your login and password, we request you to notify us immediately by e-mail (suporte@studiosol.com.br), otherwise you will be held responsible for the consequences of such misuse.
5. Data protection
We undertake not to use the cadastral information provided by you to perform illegal activities, but only for those expressly permitted by Brazilian law and/or these Terms of Use.
You may request Studio Sol, at any time, to permanently delete your personal data that has been provided in the registration. To do so, just send us an e-mail (suporte@studiosol.com.br). In any case, the hypotheses of mandatory record keeping provided for in the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No 12.965/2014) or the aggregated and non-identifiable data for statistical purposes are excluded.
6. Cookies
We may use a cookie installation mechanism on your computer when you access our game, in order to customize your experience. This allows you, for example, to have your password automatically populated on your computer, as well as let the site inform you of previous activities that you have performed on the sites.
That is, the use of cookies does not have the potential to harm you; on the contrary, they facilitate the use of our sites. However, if you do not want cookies installed, you can configure your browser to prevent installation. Check your browser's standards for this.
7. Use of the game
When you use the game data may be collected for advertising purposes about the device (including the advertising identifier from Android, iOS or from other similar operating systems), as well as location data received from device sensors. Besides theses, there is also data collection about advertising on the device, including clicks from it, impressions, and time spent on advertising.
Meeting the transparency requirements, we detail below the data of your device that can be collected:
A. Anonymous device advertising identifiers, mobile device attributes, and applications installed on the device;
B. Sensor data of the apparatus;
C. Anonymous device location data via GPS or cellular network.
8. Obligations assumed by users By using the game you agree never to: (a) violate copyright or third-party personality rights; (b) use any prospecting methods or similar methods of data extraction; (c) manipulate or otherwise display the site or content using "framing" or similar navigation technology; (d) to register, to subscribe, to cancel signatures, or to attempt to register, subscribe or cancel the signature of any party for any product or service, by those who are not expressly authorized to do so; (e) transmit, disseminate, prohibit or infringe, slander, libel or defame any person or company; (f) disseminate information about illegal activities and incitement to crime; (g) make available content that has a discriminatory nature of any nature, such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or any other; (h) create false identity or use subterfuge for the purpose of deceiving others or gaining benefits; (i) sending unsolicited advertising material, including spam, junk mail, chain letters, direct mail or pyramids to others; (j) transmit files that are technically harmful (including, without restriction, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worm viruses, SQL injection, harmful components, corrupted data or any other malicious software); and (k) use the game for purposes other than those for which they were established
9. Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the game or the content contained therein, or for the unavailability of the game or content, including, but not limited to, loss of profits and material, moral, and consequential damages. We also do not guarantee that functions incorporated or existing in applications are available without interruption or error. There is also no guarantee that the game or its contents are free from virus infection or anything that has contaminating or destructive properties.
We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy, correctness and reliability of our games, but we make no warranties in that regard.
Any reference to products, services, processes or other information relating to third parties, by means of an indication of a trade name, brand, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise, does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation from us.
10. Tolerance No omission or delay on our part in exercising our rights set forth in these Terms of Use, in our other policies or provided for by law, implies or means renunciation of their exercise.
11. Terms of Use Changes The Terms of Use may be modified and updated by us freely, at any time, with the purpose of adapting them to the legislative novelties or even to insert new commercial practices, and the changes will be valid immediately if another term has not been indicated in the new version of the Terms of Use. It is important, therefore, that you always read this document before using the game. It may contain a change that you do not agree with. After all, the continued use, after the publication of the changes, it will be assumed that you will constitute your full tacit acceptance of such changes.
12. Legislation and Applicable Forum
Although technically, the game can be accessed from anywhere on the planet, our relationship with users will always be, in any case and regardless of where the service is accessed, subject to Brazilian Law, especially the Code of Consumer Protection, the Civil Registry of the Internet and these Terms of Use.
In order to solve any doubts or controversies arising from its use or its content, it is elected the Forum of the State of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, except for another privileged forum determined by law.
