At this point the rhythm guitar starts in on a proper, full chorus while the 
lead guitar continues to noodle a bit as shown.  Beyond that 17b(19) it's
just indecipherable wailing.

After the chorus repeat the intro and out.

And if you must do those bends afterward, try this:

Start with a /very/ slow bend and then just go nuts bending and picking.
