For the main riff you need your Digitech Whammy and set it to 2 octaves up.
You need to time putting your pedal down. For the most correct sound slightly after you play the tone.

For the bridge parts between 2:00-2:17, 2:24-2:27 And 2:23-3:55, you need your Wah pedal.
Repeat this through the bridge parts and put your wah pedal down on the X marks.
Make sure to let the first three chords ring through and cut off the forth:
