Process Of Molting

I don't know who you are I only know who you were.
We have changed. What we had, will always be there.
At least in memory.
We have a choice, we can let it run us into ground.
Or pick up and start again.
I choose to stand stronger and learn from my mistakes.
Live for the moments when I can release.
For me its therapy.
