I know there's a version on here already, but this one is much easier to play.

First you fingerpick the strings at the same time.  Then in between each chord mute the
with your picking hand by giving a sort of percussive slap to them.  Then halfway
the first verse one guitar starts strumming these chords while the other still picks away.
