The sun will fall and rise again

All I see
The shimmer laughing back at me

I peer into the lens
To see the world again
To when it shined more vividly
The clarity of memory

I can hear
The voices in my head again
My only friends

They pass me by
They're looking at me from behind
Frozen in time

The people that I knew

With what has now become of me

I cling to them today
As in their minds I fade
