1. get your guitar and lay it flat on your bed with the neck on the left side, and the
frets facing up.
 
2. plug your guitar into the amp and turn distortion ALL the way up.
 
3. Change all pitches on the guitar and the amp to the highest possible. (turn the low
pitch down, high pitch up, mid pitch stays in the middle)
 
4. take a sock and stuff it underneath the E, A, and D strings. (stuff the sock the
farthest to the right as possible. right up against that thing that holds the strings
up) This should make them sound muted.
 
you should also tie a sock around the 1 fret on all six strings. this will isolate the
hammer-ons to only making one sound as opposed to two (you'll see)
 
5. play this using only hammer-ons.
    the E, A, and D strings should be played with the left hand, and the B, and e stings
should be played with the right hand. (the G string isnt even used)
