this lonely elephant bull appears
separated from his herd
able to run amuck
to destroy villages
and kill people and their cattle

my large black body
my sharp looking eyes
no human knows what's going on
behind my large forehead

no sound from me
stand still for a moment
catch my abhorent look
it's a deep staring darkness

i could act quick as a flash
no one can run away
my mighty feet can tramp you down
without any effort

then i walk between the people
for humans an icy eternity
deathly silence
you're frozen by fear

my head swings slight
my body hesitates
dark droning comes from me

and then i disappear
into africa's night
you will hunting me
and mutilate my dead body

you try to kill the ghost of nature
