Guitars 1 and 2 are the rhythm guitars that play throughout the 
entire song. Guitar 3 enters at 2:07 and Guitar 4 at 2:22. They play 
until the ending. Both guitars do not play the entire time until the 
end, but at least one of them is always playing. I put what guitars 
1 and 2 do first, and then put guitars 3 and 4 at the end, with the 
time that they begin to play each line. Let me know if there is a 
part you can not understand. I'll try to do my best to explain whatever 
is confusing.

For the bends, I put the pitch of what it is being bent to. If the 
number is in (), it is that pitch because of the bend, and at times 
held for more than one note, meaning the bend remains from the previous 
note. For example, 16b(17)  (17), your finger never leaves the 
sixteenth fret. Sorry if this is confusing. Just let me know if you 
need more information.
