This one may sound difficult at a first listening but it is not. Basically
turns
around the Dm, Am, Bb and E chords. The structure is:

INTRO
BRIDGE
VERSE

After the 2nd VERSE play the bridge without the last two bars and end with

open A (major, not minor) chord.

The chords followed by the ~ sign mean that the chord must be played
arpeggio.
