Tuning: EADGBe like we all know and love

The couple of other tabs I've seen for this were done by folks with a
tin ear, good god y'all, they are not even close, so here in the name
of decency is what Ivan Julian is really doing at the start of the
tune.  Yes, that least beat really is a 1 not a 4.  The rest of the
song is pretty straightforward, please be inspired by this intro and
work it out yourself.

I've given beat numbers.  You might consider the tempo to be half this
speed, but the rhythm is tricky and it's easier to notate with 8th
notes instead of 16ths.  Please listen to the song to get the phrasing.
