I would rather think of the fun
Than the feeling given off of the looming Sun
I wish there was no ending at all
But it's hard to accept humanity
Will bring calamity
I envy people who get by
I wish I to can find some comfort
Knowing our days are numbered
I'm stuck and unsure where I fit in this life
I'm dwelling on my purpose
Giving disservice to the life I deem worthless
One look, and people say I matter
It's all chatter
They'd rather banter
Ignore the patterns
There's no point in hearing my voice
Or dissapoint, follow in rejoice
I wish I to can find peace
In knowing all things must come to an end

I want to feel maturity
Against obscurity
To have some clarity
To take initiative of my life
Forget the strife
And face the setting Sun
And the darkness that comes
Still I am terrified of it
The same way I'm scared of a needle
And it's just one of those things
We eventually have to face
Push under
Try to look on the bright side
I'll get to use the time
Even through the decline
I try my best to think of the fun
Than the feeling from the looming Sun
Admit it feels nice
I close my eyes and soak it in
And relish in a glimpse of the end
