The other " Only You " tab sounds right but the real notes are lower . This is 100%
correct and on the right octave. This pattern basically repeats for the whole song.
Use heavy distortion and maybe a little reverb effect or somethin to recreate the
sound just like it is on the song.

              *  Note: The bottom E string is tuned to a low C#
