NOTE: Feel free to add that extra 7 to the dissonant chords if you want a little more
grit.
NOTE 2: It actually feels easier to me to play the low C string notes with my thumb.
It frees up more room and fingers, but I know some frown on that. If you watch some live
videos, it looks like Ballou might be using his thumb.
