That repeats 8 times, then all instruments cut out except for a single
guitar playing heavily distorted and reverbed "volume swell" notes, and a
sparse bass drum. If you really care, the notes are a freestyle mix of A, F,
and D (string 2 fret 10, string 3 fret 10, and string 1 fret 10,
respectively). After a while, play part C and double it an octave lower with
Gtr. 2 ("Your shell is hollow / Your shell is hollow / So am I / The rest
will follow / The rest will follow / So will I / So will I"). Then the
