This way moves smoothly for me and uses more of the neck for a nice sound.
Tune to the album, standard and I think down 1/2 or 1 step I don't know.

On the part before the fast harmonic picking you just have to listen to the
rhythm and play that chord. First couple verse lines its on the beat, next
couple it's on the off beat. Listen to get it right.

On the part where it says "depress bridge" you need a floating bridge that can be pulled
with the bar. In this case, just play the chord and then with the side of your hand
apply pressure to the bridge to do effectively the same thing. The slide indicated
this chord is a fast pick slide.
