This D chord voicing can be used interchangeably with a regular D all throughout this song, 
it's personal preference which voicing you prefer or find easier!


Secondly, in the Instrumental / Spontaneous section (before you get to the 'Jesus' part), a Bm chord is 
sometimes played as a passing chord, or is played very softly, so feel free to omit this chord. 
I thought I would put it in for correctness sake, but the song sounds fine without it


Thirdly, on the intro for the official recording, you can initially hear the guitar playing a variation on 
the regular shapes for the first line of the intro, before returning to regular chord shapes for the 
rest of the intro.
