It's not really tremolo anymore but you must play each note of the tabs several times like I do in my video.
Some notes are palm mutes, some others are not. It doesn't HAVE to be played as it is in the video. To be 
honest I hadn't even decided what I would exactly do before I played it. Just experiment and find what you
like better.
