I'm not certain for the chords when you're singing "I'm sure".
I think its what I've put down (Bm7 Em), but it could also be:
- D/B (020232) Em (022000)
- D#m (668876) E7 (779797)
As long as you stress moving from a D/D# note to an E note any choice sounds decent.

I suggest learning the root notes by playing the tune on the D string:
