I have marched leaving everything beyond,
for I am but a nomad whose desert is a world.
Alone I adventure on this perennial quest,
since I had cleansed myself of that hideous guest.

Deep in the darkness of my mind,
once dwelled a being reluctant to depart.
Inner guardian guided me through his paths,
enslaved I was to this wretched parasite.

I have lost the dependence of my brotherly kin,
since I surpassed the unawareness of the weak,
World has become a desert since,
place so desolate but eerily majestic.

Restrained no more with the chains of conformity,
I am learning to live without my implausible lead.
Transcendent horizons appearing as I breathe,
a new world nascent in the cradle of my fantasy.

Once cleansed, I finally saw the world with my own eyes
Oh! Upon resemblance of that sight
still I tremble within my heart.

Alone still I wonder in these deserts of mine,
yet each grain of sand is worth to me more,
then a lifetime in disguise...
