I could see this was highly requested so here's a fairly easy tab I've come up with from 

It's not going to be 100% accurate as it's not entirely clear in the video but I 
hope you enjoy it otherwise. 

h = hammer on
x = slap / tap strings
(_) = optional notes

Not much to learn as it's the same repeated pattern throughout, 
so I've just focused more on her finger picking. 
She varies this a little as she plays so just look out for the extra slaps or notes.
