After the two "0" chords, strum the "5-7-7" chord, but prebend it so that you get the sound of
the "6-8-8" chord, and 
then bring it back)(Also, if you can't seem to get that to work, you can slide from the "6-8-8"
chord to the "5-7-7" chord--which is what is tabbed below--and the effect will be very similar)
