As far as I can tell this is accurate tab for the guitar part,
all you need is someone with a sitar to play the accompaniment
and you're set. You'll probably have to finger pick it, I know
I do. As for the timing, I've written it in 6/8, it seems to
fit best, though there's a good chance I'm wrong. Anyway, enjoy.
