The first two times through pick the chords like this:

The third & fourth times through just play normal chords. On the 
F#, jam on the distortion and head into the verse.

Outro:
It's just the same as the verse, but when Courtney sings "No I'm not selling cheap" 
(the last lyric), play F#5 with a bit of tremolo, then play the main riff once again.
